Steve Honsberger of Sun City, Arizona, died July 30, 2025, at the age of 84, of Parkinson’s disease. Steve was born in Perrysburg to Warren H. Honsberger and Constance O. Hoffman and graduated from Perrysburg High School in 1959. After 35 years with United Parcel Service, Steve retired to Sun City to enjoy golfing, RVing, bowling and cruising in his 1955 red Chevy. Steve was a friend to all who met him and he was a loving father and husband.

Steve leaves behind his wife of 33 years, Dottie (Steinline) Honsberger; daughters, Shelly and Stacy Honsberger; sister, Pam (Bob) Vollmar; daughter-inlaw, Shannan (Scott) Honsberger, and extended family of Dottie, Craig St.Clair and Cindi St.Clair. In combining the families, he leaves 15 grandchildren and 14 greatgrandchildren.

Steve had suffered the loss of his son, Scott Honsberger; his daughter, Sheryl Todd, and brothers, Bob Honsberger, Danny Hopfer and Jeff Hopfer.

A Celebration of Life is planned at Sidelines Sports Eatery, 136 West South Boundary, Perrysburg, on Sunday, August 31, from 1 to 4 p.m.
