Summer youth day camp offers help with grieving

Hospice of Northwest Ohio is hosting a summer day camp for grieving children and teens ages 6 through 15. The four-day camp, provided at no charge to participants, will be held July 23 through 26 at Camp Miakonda, Toledo.

Perrysburg Twp. food distribution

The Perrysburg Township food distribution will be held Thursday, March 14, from 8 to 10 a.m. The township fire department will sponsor the food give-away at the township building, 26609 Lime City Road, the second Thursday of each month.

Toth third graders present biography wax museum

Body
Toth Elementary School’s third grade students recently presented their annual biography mini wax museum event. Each student researched a historical figure of their choice, then prepared a speech and display board about that person.

Support Feed the 5000

During the Lenten season, Perrysburg Christians United calls upon the community to support the ministry by donating canned meat—stew, chicken, Spam, tuna, etc.—to be distributed to families in need at the food pantry. A selection of protein rich foods is important for a balanced diet.
