Donna Kay Carnegie, 82, of Perrysburg, passed away Saturday, July 11, 2026, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg. Donna was born June 13, 1944, in Toledo, to Lionel and Margaret (Hill) Cook. She married Robert Carnegie and he passed away in 1998.

Donna dedicated more than 25 years of her life to the glass industry, working initially for BR Baker Company before joining Owens-Illinois. Additionally, her time as the activities director at the Manor of Perrysburg showcased her love for connecting with others and brightening their days. Outside of work, she found joy in playing golf and cherished moments spent with her friends.

Donna was preceded in death by her husband, Robert, and her parents.

Services for Donna will be private. She was buried at Lake Township Cemetery next to her husband. Condolences may be made online at walkerfuneralhomes.
