TOPICS Camera Club, a non-profit organization open to everyone, will meet Wednesday, March 13, at 6:30 p.m., at the Monclova Community Center, 8115 Monclova Road, Monclova.

Giana Frayer, of Perrysburg, was named to the president’s list for the fall semester at Wheeling University.

Ann Neely, of Perrysburg, graduated from the University of Alabama during the school’s fall commencement ceremonies.

She received a master of science degree.
