As residents of Perrysburg, we would like to know how $60 million in deferred maintenance to the Perrysburg schools has been accumulated. This amount of deferred maintenance is outrageous. Would you let your own home get to a point where an outrageous amount of money is needed for repairs? We don’t think so. Repairs are made as needed.

Zoar hosts ordination for new associate pastor

Zoar Lutheran Church hosted an ordination service for new Associate Pastor Melanie Jo Forrey on January 6. The bishop for the Northwestern Ohio Synod, Reverend Daniel Beaudoin, presided over the ceremony.

Dear Editor: I believe the Perrysburg City Council members should decline TMACOG’s funding for the proposed roundabout at West Front and West Boundary streets. Building a roundabout at this intersection is both an ineffective use of tax dollars and an ineffective traffic solution.
