Kathleen Schnerer, Perrysburg Junior High School orchestra instructor, recently attended the American String Teachers Association Professional Development Conference, thanks to a grant from the Perrysburg Schools Foundation.

On August 8, the Ohio Inspector General’s (OIG) office found the Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission failed to comply with procurement process requirements. Their findings came following an investigation that began March 1, 2021 when the OIG received an anonymous complaint alleging that the Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission (OTIC) was failing to comply with applicable procurement requirements.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (LDS) in Perrysburg, 11050 Avenue Road, will host a community knit and crochet event on Tuesday, August 22, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Held by the LDS Perrysburg Relief Society, the event hopes to knit or crochet 800 squares to be donated to Love Squared, an organization which will assemble squares into a variety of finished sizes from children to adults to be distributed to those in need at Toledo Tent City.
