Phyllis Ann Hurley passed away February 13, 2025, at the age of 74. She was a resident of Perrysburg, originating from Elkhorn City, Kentucky.

Phyllis truly was a generous soul who would help anyone. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Known to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren as Ma. Her beautiful smile lit up every room she entered and touched everyone she met.

She enjoyed spending time with her loving husband, Tilden Hurley, and their family.

Although Phyllis has moved on to Heaven, she will live in our hearts forever.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Tilden Hurley; her children, Sandra Fraser (Adam Fraser) and Phyllis Haas (T. J. Haas); her grandchildren, Joshua Fraser, Adam Fraser Jr., Jordan Fraser, Hailee Fraser, Tyler Haas (Kylee Haas) and Troy Haas; her great-grandchildren, Ian, Natalie, Connor, Cameron, Sophia, Elliana, Oliver and Finn, and her brother, Jimmy Bartley. She was preceded in death by her parents, Otis and Justine Bartley.
