Until 1988, Linda was a member of First St. John’s Lutheran Church in Toledo. In 1988, Linda and her mother moved to Perrysburg, and joined Zoar Lutheran Church. Linda was a former member of Zoar’s Altar Guild.

Linda graduated from Clay High School in 1965. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Adrian College. Linda returned to Clay High School as a teacher for several years. She then moved into the business world, returning to her college alma mater as an admissions counselor. Later, she moved back to Oregon and re-entered the business world until her retirement.

Survivors include her sisters, Joann (James) Hippel of Payson, Arizona, and Margie (Tom) Iserman of Perrysburg. She also is survived by nieces, Judy Villaverde and Jody Ohsiek; nephews, Jim Hippel and Jeff Iserman, and seven great-nieces and greatnephews. Family and her church were always priorities for Linda. She also was a “mother” to many beagles during her lifetime.
