Body

Daniel Parham, 48, of Toledo, Ohio, passed suddenly on Sunday, April 25, 2021. He was born September 4, 1972, in Detroit, Michigan, to Joseph Parham and Brenda Adkins. The family moved to Vevay, Indiana, in 1986, where Dan met the love of his life, Sandra Sunderhaus.

Dan and Sandra were married April 18, 1993. Together in 1996, they built their first home in Dillsboro, Indiana, then Dan began his business, D&S Boring, Inc. After several years, they moved to Perrysburg, to raise their two children and Dan resumed his business.

Dan always said, “I have too many hats to wear right now,” because he was an entrepreneur, a husband, a father, a son, a brother and a friend to so many. When he had the time, he loved spending his time outdoors, grilling out, camping out, kayaking and four wheeling. Dan never could keep track of his keys, his phone or his wallet, but he kept track of the important things: his loved ones.

Daniel is survived by his wife, Sandra; children, Bridge and Jake; siblings, Joe (Crystal), Scott (Ginny), Shelley (Phillip) and Tracy (Jimmy), and his nieces and nephews, Michael, Randy (Jacob), Amber (Dustin), Rachael, Shantell, Lensi (Brandon), Mercedes, Joel, Kyle (Kelly), Evan and Ava.

A gathering of family and friends was held Saturday, May 1, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Witzler-Shank-Walker Funeral Home, 222 East Boundary Street, Perrysburg. Services were held immediately after. Interment was in Restlawn Memorial Park, 3665 Genoa Road, Perrysburg.
