Andrea J. Spore, 72, of Sandusky, Ohio, passed away peacefully on February 4, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Born in 1953 in Sandusky, Ms. Spore was the daughter of the late Judson P. Spore Jr. and Barbara Spore. Andrea was a graduate of Perrysburg High School in 1971, and in 1977 graduated from Lourdes College in Sylvania, where she received an associate’s degree in occupational therapy and was subsequently employed by various local schools and hospitals as an occupational therapist throughout Ohio.
Andrea dedicated much of her life to caring for her family, including providing devoted support to her father in his later years. Andrea loved Lake Erie, its islands, music, travel, children and her dogs. She was dearly loved and is survived by her children, Ana Clair Printy, Ashly Rose Miller (née Printy); former spouse, Kevin Printy; nine cherished grandchildren, and her brother, John S. Spore, and nephews, Judson C. Spore and Christian J. Spore. Andrea was preceded in death by her parents, Barbara Rose and Judson Porter Spore, and lifelong friend, Geoff Snavley.
Andrea was known for her big heart, strength and unwavering commitment to those she loved. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. A private family service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a local hospice or caregiver support organization in her memory.
