Dear Editor: Each year, on Memorial Day, Perrysburg American Legion Post No. 28 places wreaths in memory of those who lost their lives while serving in the military. Wreaths are placed at the base of the flag pole at Saint Rose cemetery, at the Commodore statue and the War Memorial in Hood Park and at the flag pole at Fort Meigs/Union cemetery.
