Veterans Project series continues with interview featuring triple purple heart recipient Dick Hess
One of the ways Perrysburg recognizes its veterans is through the Way Public Library’s participation in the Library of Congress Veterans Project. The purpose being the preservation of veterans’ service memories.
Recently, the library recorded an interview with Dick Hess who served prior to and during the Korean War in the U.S. Marines Corps, from 1947 to 1953.
