The weekends are packed at Levis Commons, with family-friendly, fun and festive holiday experiences.
Visitors can enjoy a free visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus, and take photos while visiting inside his home-away-from-the-North-Pole Santa House at Levis Commons, right next to the 50-foot tree. Times vary, so guests are encouraged to visit shopleviscommons.com/events for Santa House hours of operation and best practices guidelines to make the experience safe and fun for all.
Speaking of the 50-foot tree, explore the vast cosmos of twinkling lights during “go inside the tree” on Saturdays from 6 to 8 p.m., through December 18. It’s free and guests are encouraged to take photos and tag the Town Center at Levis Commons in their online posts to be entered to win great prizes.
Sundays are made for carriage rides, and there are two different Clydesdaledrawn carriages to accommodate. Cost is $5 per person, and the rides start/end behind Sephora on the back side of the Pioneer Building. Rides are every Sunday through December 19, from 2 to 6 p.m., and are first-come, first-serve. No reservations or pre-sale tickets. The line forms in the Pioneer arcade—look for the signs.
“There’s something for everyone at Levis Commons for the holidays,” said marketing director Christine Best. “Along with amazing shopping with national and local merchants, and an exceptional line-up of dining options, there’s a free photo opp at the new and improved Santa sleigh. And don’t forget the walkable global village adopt-a-tree exhibit, which will transport you around the world in one night, just like Santa does, while celebrating our differences with decorations showcasing an assortment of cultures, religions, lifestyles, and countries from around our globe.”
