The Ohio State Highway Patrol, in conjunction with the Perrysburg Police Department and the Wood County Sheriff’s Office, conducted an OVI checkpoint August 29 on Front Street.

A total of 569 vehicles were checked from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. In that time, three vehicles were diverted and two drivers were arrested for OVI.
