Northwest Ohio native Crystal Bowersox will kick off the Levis Commons America 250 weekend with a free outdoor concert on Friday, June 26, from 7 to 9:30 p.m., at Levis Commons Town Center on the stage located along Levis Commons Boulevard, near Lily’s, 3201 Levis Commons Boulevard, Perrysburg.
