Sandra W. Davis, 85, of Perrysburg, passed away peacefully on October 14, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. Born on June 10, 1940, in Toledo, Sandra was the cherished daughter of Clark and Marguerite Weaver.

Sandra’s life was a testament to devotion, adventure and grace. On September 7, 1963, she married the love of her life, James Davis, and together they celebrated 62 beautiful years of marriage. Their union was blessed with the adoption of two sons, Steven and Jim.

After graduating from Davis College, Sandra worked as a paralegal with multiple different law firms around the Toledo area, including Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick Law Office. A lifelong member of Perrysburg First Church, Sandra’s faith was a guiding light in her life. She found joy in community service, which included serving as chairman for the Perrysburg Area Blood Drive for 15 years, from 1996-2011; and found joy in the simple beauty of everyday blessings.

Between their 25th and 50th wedding anniversaries, Sandra and Jim embraced the spirit of exploration, traveling across the globe. From the serene landscapes of New Zealand and the vibrant shores of the Caribbean to the majestic wildlife of Yellowstone and the breathtaking vistas of Switzerland, Sandra found wonder in the world and shared it with those she loved. Hawaii held a special place in her heart, and she returned there often.

Sandra is survived by her devoted husband, James; her sons, Steven (Mary) and Jim (Ann), and her brothers, Morris Weaver and Calixto Pozo. She was preceded in death by her parents.

A celebration of Sandra’s life will be held at Perrysburg First Church, Saturday, October 25, at 11 a.m., where she worshipped faithfully for decades. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family, friends and the many lives she touched. Memorial contributions may be made in Sandra’s name to Perrysburg First Church.
