    A retirement party was held for Perrysburg Fire Captain Joel Whitmore on February 3. Whitmore retired on February 6 after more than 30 years of service. He was originally hired on August 2, 1984, as a firefighter and paramedic.The retirement party was at the fire station headquarters.
