Recently, while I was conducting research for items of interest in Perrysburg’s past, I came across an original copy of the New York Illustrated News No. 45-Vol II of September 15, 1860, which I purchased on e-Bay.

Its feature article was on the dedication of the Perry Monument in Cleveland on September 10, 1860.
