Woodland Parents’ Club is launching “Nicky’s Snack Shack” in memory of Nicole Hancock, Woodland Parent Club President 2021-22 who passed away last summer. The goal is to have snacks available for any student who needs one. Ms. Hancock was a health and nutrition coordinator at Toledo Public Schools and her family, friends and colleagues thought this would be a meaningful way to remember her. Nicky’s Snack Shack will be dedicated on Friday, March 8, at 4 p.m. at Woodland Elementary School library, 27979 White Road, Perrysburg. Her children will cut the ribbon.
