The Ohio Highway Patrol, along with assistance from the Bowling Green Police Department, Wood County Sheriff’s Office, and Ohio Department of Transportation, conducted an OVI checkpoint on August 18, on Wooster Street, from 7:30 to 10 p.m. There were two OVI arrests made in that time, along with three firearms seized as a result of those arrests, and one felony drug arrest. ...
