Jim and Yevonne (Kreischer) Chiapetta were married on September 21, 1968, at St. Paul’s UCC, in Van Wert, Ohio. The couple currently resides in Perrysburg in the home they had built in 1975. They have two children, Lisa (Ross) Bowe, Waterville, and Jon (Heather) Chiapetta, Sylvania; three grandchildren, Desmond, Morrison and Evangelina Chiapetta, and one grand-dog, Stella Bowe.

Pat and Bob Bidwell celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on August 25, 2023. They were married in Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania, at St. Philip Neri RC Church and have lived the last 38 of their 50 years in Perrysburg.

A rare event will occur in Perrysburg this month when 30 members of the Class of 1983 from the U.S. Naval Academy travel through the city on a ride from Washington state to Annapolis, Maryland, for their 40th reunion.
