The 50th Roche de Boeuf festival weekend in downtown Waterville will be held Friday and Saturday, September 22 and 23. The event kicks off Friday with evening with a Run de Boeuf 5K and 1K children’s race. The run begins and ends at Waterville’s Memorial Park, 1 South River Road.
