On June 20, the Perrysburg board of education recognized outgoing Perrysburg Education Association president Margaret Bernard, above, right, with Superintendent Tom Hosler, for her service. During her tenure, she faced “unprecedented challenges,” noted Mr. Hosler, adding, “She provided excellent leadership not only to her members but to the entire district.”
