Does anyone besides me have concerns about all the young kids riding e-bikes?

Many don’t have helmets and ride with reckless abandon. They ride on sidewalks, roadways and parking lots. I’m not sure what the rules are, but at some time this summer, I feel someone, rider or pedestrian, will get killed!
