Theodore “Ted” E. Rapp, 74, of Perrysburg passed away on September 29, 2021. He was born June 4, 1947 in Mansfield, Ohio, to Charles and Dorothy (Dripps) Rapp.

He was married June 30, 1968 to Cathy Vanasdale, in Mansfield.

Ted graduated from Malabar High School, then attended Ashland College, earning a degree in business administration. He was drafted into the U.S. Army, for service in the Vietnam War. Upon returning stateside, he proceeded to pursue and find great success in industrial chemical sales.

He is survived by his wife, Cathy of Perrysburg; son, Christopher (Tressa) Rapp of Indiana; daughter, Michelle (David) Mast of Wisconsin; sister, Marcia Etzwiler of Mansfield; brother, Jeff (Lynn) Rapp of Mansfield; four grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 4, at noon, at Southside Christian Church, 2055 Middle Bellville Road, Mansfield.
