Mary Jane Evans, 94, of Perrysburg, passed peacefully on Saturday, May 7, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Toledo, on April 9, 1928, to John and Catherine (Kordas) Kubiak.

She married Paul James Evans on July 2, 1949, and together they had six children.

Mary Jane is survived by her husband and their children, John (Charmaine) Evans, Susan (Ronald) Gaut, William (Marlene) Evans and Kathryn (Daniel) Fern; grandchildren, Tonya (Matthew) Garner, Felicia Gaut, Stephanie Gaut, Christopher (Bernia) Fern, Alex (James) Swonger and Kaitlyn Fern; great-grandchildren, Brandon, Brennen, Bradley, Alan Jr., Charles, Nicholas, Malaya, Avery and Landon.

She is preceded by their children, Frankie and Tommy Evans; her parents, and her siblings.

Family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 12, at Witzler-Shank-Walker Funeral Home, 222 East South Boundary Street, Perrysburg. A Funeral Mass will begin at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 13, at Saint Rose Catholic Church, 215 East Front Street, Perrysburg. Burial will follow at Saint Rose Catholic Cemetery.
