Perrysburg Township is about to turn 200 and to celebrate its formation on May 8, 1823, the township is hosting a Bicentennial Festival from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday, May 13, at the Spafford House Museum, 27340 West River Road. A log cabin on Spafford land served as the original location for trustees’ meetings in the 1800s.
