The Toledo Concert Band, featuring members of the Toledo Symphony, will perform a free Independence Day concert at the Rutherford B. Hayes Presidential Library and Museums in Fremont, under the direction of Bruce Moss.

The program begins at 2 p.m. on Monday July 4. Admission is free. Visitors are welcome to bring a chair or blanket for seating on the Hayes home lawn.
