Suggested lunch donation is $2 for seniors. Reservations required by 4 p.m. the preceding day

Programs and lunches for all area residents at least 60 years of age.

CLASSES

•SilverSneakers Yoga is offered Mondays at 11 a.m. through June 13. No class May 30. This class will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Joe Sparks, certified instructor. Cost: $20 per session or free with Silver-Sneakers membership. Register with the programs department at 419-353- 5661.

•Bingo is held every Tuesday at 9 a.m. Bring your own place holders.

•Line Dancing is offered Tuesdays at 10 a.m., Schaller Building. Learn new dances and get moving. Peer-led instruction.

Knitting and Crocheting is held every Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. Bring your latest project or come ready to start a new one. Bring your own supplies.

•Tai Chi is held at the Schaller Building, Thursdays at 10 a.m. Learn some movements of the popular Tai Chi workout. Peer-led instruction.

Noon menu–meatloaf or chicken paprikash, noodles, lima beans, Betty’s salad, pears.

•11 a.m.–Tai Chi

Friday, June 3

Noon menu–chef salad with turkey, cheese and egg or tuna salad, lettuce blend, potato salad, cantaloupe, grapes, blueberry muffin.

Monday, June 6

Noon menu–chicken and dumplings or baked ham, French green beans, citrus sections, pickled beets, frozen yogurt.

•11 a.m.–SilverSneakers yoga. Call to register.

•12:30 p.m.–Now and Then: Reminiscing discussion on movies and entertainment.

•1 p.m.–Texas Hold ‘Em tournament.

Tuesday, June 7

Noon menu–Swedish meatballs or veal patty, oriental vegetables, noodles, Asian salad, pineapple.

•9 a.m.–bingo

•10 a.m.–line dancing at the Schaller Building.

•12:15 p.m.–VA aid and housebound benefits.

•1 p.m.–wine cork succulent magnet craft. Call to register.

Wednesday, June 8

Noon menu–ham and bean soup or turkey pot roast, tomato juice, apple/cabbage/raisin salad, peaches, cornbread.

•10 a.m.–Club F.I.T., free fitness program at the Schaller Building. Call to register.

•12:30 p.m.–successful seniors: Grandma Moses.

•12:30 p.m.–needlework group.

•1 p.m.–Wii Bowling. Call to register.

Thursday, June 9

Noon menu–taco meat or chicken strips, tortillas, lettuce/tomatoes/cheese, refried beans, mixed fruit, cookies.

•10 a.m.–Tai Chi at the Schaller Building.
