Perrysburg High School’s DECA program recently had 36 students place in the top 10 at the state competition and 15 students who qualified for the international competition.

This the largest group to qualify for internationals. The students also broke the school record for number of top three placeholders in the state, bringing home seven trophies.

This was the first time a PHS DECA chapter participated in the international competition. Abigail Effner and Parker Smith were recognized at a meeting of the Perrysburg Board of Education for being the first Top 10 international placeholders.
