On February 2, a Wood County grand jury indicted a Perrysburg resident.

Melanie Hoyt, 45, of East Indiana Avenue, was indicted on count each of operating a vehicle under the influence, a third-degree felony, and failure to comply with the order of a police officer, a felony of the fourth degree.

The charges stem from an incident that allegedly occurred December 26.
