    Perrysburg resident and U.S. Air Force veteran Don Bylow recently received a free roof as part of the Owens Corning National Roof Deployment Project.

    Through a partnership with Habitat for Humanity of Wood County, Mr. Bylow was approved as the recipient. Seagate Roofing and Foundation Services installed the roof January 21.
