The Wood County Planning Commission approved a variance with conditions for a dike constructed by River Hollow Farms, 26981 West River Road.

At the December 15 hearing, farm owners Larry and Nancy Hutson, represented by Perrysburg attorney Phil Dombey, were granted the variance, conditional upon reducing the 12-foot mounding to its original size.
