Perrysburg resident Daniel Brahier is the recipient of the 2021 Father Thomas Leyland Alumni Award from St. Rose Catholic School.
A 1974 graduate of St. Rose, he began serving the church in fifth grade as an altar server with his brother, Steven. In seventh grade, Sister Janice Ann asked him to play his guitar during Masses.
