The Arts Commission has announced the Art Loop Haunted Harvest, on Saturday, October 16, from 3:30 to 9 p.m.

There will be a Handmade Toledo mini-makers mart, family-friendly trunkor-treating, pumpkin painting, creative spaces, pop-up performances, interactive experiences, music and food.
