The Perrysburg High School Hall of Fame committee is currently accepting nominations for the induction for the Class of 2022.

To nominate a fellow Yellow Jacket, complete the online nomination form or print a paper form and mail it to the Perrysburg athletic department.

The nomination Deadline is October 10.
