Mylinda “Lindy” (Bayer) Bookenberger of Perrysburg, Ohio, passed away on August 22, at her home. Lindy was born on August 30, 1958, at Mercy Hospital, Toledo, to George Bayer and Betty (Junge) DuPre’. She married ∏ Terry Bookenberger on March 25, 1976, in Monroe, Michigan.

Lindy graduated from Perrysburg High School in 1976. She worked as a nail tech, and also worked at the Lion Store. Lindy enjoyed her gardening, cooking and was a great collector of Disney items.

Along with her husband, Terry, Lindy is survived by her son, Jamie (Randi) Bookenberger; mother, Betty DuPre’; brother, Mike (Gayle) Bayer; sisters, Kathy (Gary) Timman, Karen (Jim) Hobson and Jackie Bayer, and grandson, George Bookenberger of Alaska. She was preceded in death by her son, Terry Jr., and father, George Bayer.

Per Lindy’s wish, there will not be a service. The family requests that donations be made to the Wood County Humane Society. ∏
