A Perrysburg resident was indicted by a Wood County grand jury on July 21.

Christopher A. Williams, 30, of Hollister Lane, was indicted for deception to obtain a dangerous drug, a fourth degree felony, stemming from an incident that allegedly occurred April 6.

If convicted, he faces up to 18 months in prison and fines of $5,000.

Wood County Common Pleas Judge Matthew Reger will hear the case.
