In 2001, Perrysburg Rotarian Jeff Normand attended the Perrysburg Rotary Club’s weekly meeting upon having just returned from his first trip to Romania. Mr. Normand had been moved by the story of the girls at Deborah House, so he stood in front of club members to share what he’d experienced.
