During the June 15 meeting, Perrysburg City Council approved Amber Rathburn as director of finance, replacing Dave Creps who retired June 25.

Ms. Rathburn served as deputy finance director for the City of Perrysburg since November 2019. She is a graduate of the University of Findlay with a degree in business management and Owens Community College with an associate degree in accounting.
