    The Rotary Club of Perrysburg recently announced the winners of its annual Four-Way Test Speech and Essay Contest.

    The contest has been a longstanding tradition with the club and is open to students from Perrysburg High School, Perrysburg Junior High and St. Rose Catholic School.
