Perrysburg resident Guangzhong Chen attended the vigil last Saturday, organized by Perrysburg Coalition for Inclusion and Social Justice (PCISJ) to honor the victims of the March 16 Atlanta shootings and to protest anti-Asian hate. It was held at Woodlands Park.
