Patricia Ann Teufel, 81, of Perrysburg, Ohio passed into her new life Friday, March 26, 2021. She was 81 years young and lived a full life. Patty was born on March 30, 1939, in Martins Ferry, Ohio, to Peter Anthony and Sara Elizabeth (Fehrenbach) Teufel.

Patty taught at Akron Public Schools for 15 years. She was a member of Sisters of Charity of Nazareth in Kentucky and Toledo Metropolitan Ladies Club. Patty married the love of her life, Ross Chalfant Striver Jr., on September 24, 1977, in Akron, Ohio. They enjoyed 39 years of a loving marriage until his passing on May 13, 2016. Now they can rejoin in their new life that will be filled with awe and happiness.

Patty is survived by her brother, Roger Sharp of Columbus, Ohio; sister, Sharon Malecky of Rittman, Ohio; stepdaughter, Julie (Kevin) Denholm of Wheeling, West Virginia; stepson, David Shriver of Wheeling, West Virginia, and grandchildren, Wesley and Katlin.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, May 23, at noon, at Witzler-Shank Walker Funeral Home, (419- 874-3133) 222 East South Boundary Street, Perrysburg.
