    Judy Seibenick stepped down recently from her role as president/CEO of Hospice of Northwest Ohio.

    Staff members will no longer see her picking up cigarette butts in the parking lot—servant leadership in practice—or sewing gowns during a pandemic that initially saw a shortage of PPE for health care workers.
