    Perrysburg resident and former mayor Martha Baldoni received the Virginia Secor Stranahan Citizen Award from the League of Women Voters of the Perrysburg Area March 24, 2019, at the 577 Manor House.

    Mrs. Baldoni, the city’s only female mayor, served from 1986 to 1989.
