    On February 28, the Perrysburg Exchange Club held its annual Freedom Shrine Essay awards night and dinner. A collection of Freedom Shrine documents, such as the U.S. Constitution and Declaration of Independence, were donated to St. Rose and Perrysburg Junior High School, hanging in the schools’ main halls.
