Mr. Schilb has been singing and playing guitar for as long as he can remember, writing many of his own songs and releasing several CDs.

“He brings a variety of genres to life that include some good ole’ rock-n-roll, blues, country and folk rock,” Mr. Gries noted.

The guitarist played last Wednesday at Woodlands Park and is scheduled to play at the Bowling Green Farmers Market, Wednesday, July 28, and at Perrysburg’s Music at the Market on Thursday, August 12, at 7 p.m.

All Slow Roller musicians donate their time and talent to entertain cyclers and residents as the slow rollers wind their way through the city.

The public is invited to join the group, which meets behind Vito’s Pizza in the Country Charm Shopping Center every Monday at 7 p.m.; in case of rain, the ride is moved to Tuesday.

On August 2, the Slow Rollers will ride the Locust Street route.

“We will ride for one hour, finishing at Nedley’s Ice Cream around 8 p.m.,” Mr. Gries said. “I am happy to supply a bike if you need one and can be reached at 419-779-5445.”
