The Yellow Jackets finished as the 2022 OHSAA D1 state runner-up at the wrestling championship in Columbus last weekend.

St. Edward, Lakewood, came in first with 167 points to the Jackets’ 165 1/2.

There were 672 wrestlers across three divisions making the trip to Columbus for the 85th annual state tournament.

Three PHS wrestlers–one of whom defended his title–are state champs.
