Local veterans who participated in the Flag City Honor Flight on November 12 were David Baranski and Glenn Schwind. Joseph Baranski accompanied them as their guardian.
Perrysburg veterans Glenn Schwind (Korean War), and his son-in-law, David Baranski (Vietnam War) flew to Washington, D.C. on the 29th mission of Flag City Honor Flight.
The special experience took place on November 12.
Joseph Baranski, grandson of Glenn and son of David, accompanied the veterans as their guardian. Eighty-four veterans, along with their guardians, made the flight.
