On March 15, three Perrysburg residents were indicted by a Wood County grand jury in separate incidents.

Kyle Bernath, 19, 28611 Woodland Avenue, was indicted on 12 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person, second- degree felonies, and one count of possessing criminal tools, a felony of the fifth degree.
